No. We support workspaces built by your own team or another consultant. If the setup is large or complex, we may suggest a ClickUp Audit first so we know what we’re working with. The Audit fee is credited against your first month.
Extra hours can be added at your plan’s rate, agreed with you before any work starts.
No. Alongside fixes and builds, check-ins cover what’s working, what isn’t and what to improve next.
Within 72, 48 or 24 hours depending on your plan. Urgent same-day help can be arranged when needed.
Yes. After the first three months, plans run month to month and need 30 days’ notice to cancel.
Yes. Prices are in GBP and no VAT is added.
