Our Story
IT Visionists was born from first hand experience inside a fast-growing agency environment.
In 2015, while working as a project manager at a digital marketing agency, Hina Sohrab saw what happens when growth outpaces systems: missed deadlines, unclear ownership, delayed reporting, and constant firefighting, especially with a remote team.
Instead of chasing tasks, Hina partnered with the founder to map workflows, clarify responsibilities, and implement systems that matched how the business actually operated.
The result: smoother delivery, clearer accountability, and a team that moved faster with far less friction.
In 2021, Hina founded IT Visionists with a clear focus: build systems that scale – without silos, bottlenecks, or tool chaos.

Hina Sohrab has 15+ years of experience in project management and business operations. She is a ClickUp Services Partner, Verified Power User, qualified ClickUp consultant, and certified Monday.com expert. She has tried and tested more than 20 project management tools and have settled with ClickUp and Monday.com as the top choices.
