We’re a ClickUp Verified Consultant and Registered Partner, based in the UK, working with clients globally. Where another tool fits a specific need better,  Make and Zapier for automation, the occasional Monday.com or PipeDrive engagement, we use it. However, ClickUp is what we specialise in and what we recommend when the fit is right.

Our Story

IT Visionists was born from first hand experience inside a fast-growing agency environment.

In 2015, while working as a project manager at a digital marketing agency, Hina Sohrab saw what happens when growth outpaces systems: missed deadlines, unclear ownership, delayed reporting, and constant firefighting, especially with a remote team.

Instead of chasing tasks, Hina partnered with the founder to map workflows, clarify responsibilities, and implement systems that matched how the business actually operated.

The result: smoother delivery, clearer accountability, and a team that moved faster with far less friction.

In 2021, Hina founded IT Visionists with a clear focus: build systems that scale – without silos, bottlenecks, or tool chaos.

Meet the Founder

Hina Sohrab has 15+ years of experience in project management and business operations. She’s a ClickUp Verified Consultant, Qualified Services Consultant and Registered Partner with hundreds of implementations behind her across professional services, education, consultancies, agencies and non-profits.

Hina has tested more than 20 project management tools over her career and built IT Visionists around ClickUp because it’s the platform most likely to handle the complexity of a growing service business, so far, when it’s set up properly.

We’ve tested more than 20 project management platforms over the years and built our practice around ClickUp because when implemented properly, it handles the complexity of a growing service business better than any alternative we’ve used. ClickUp sits at the centre of every implementation, with automations doing the repetitive work and integrations connecting the rest of your stack.

Why ClickUp

We're ClickUp Verified Consultants and Registered Partners. ClickUp is what we use, what we teach and what we build with every day. We've seen most of the ways ClickUp implementations fail and built our methodology around avoiding them. Workspace architecture, custom fields, automations, dashboards, integrations, permissions and dozens of decisions that make or break adoption. When ClickUp isn't the right tool for a specific need, we'll tell you. No tool is right for everything.

Automations & Integrations

Automations are where most ClickUp setups fall short, either too few (so the system feels like a digital filing cabinet) or too many (so it breaks every quarter). We build automation that removes manual work without creating fragility. For automation that goes beyond ClickUp's native capability, we use Make or Zapier. For integrations, ClickUp connects to most of the tools growing businesses already use like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Fathom, Calendly, QuickBooks/Xero, HubSpot, Kajabi and others.

When Other Tools Fit Better

We've worked with Monday.com, Jira, Zoho Projects, Asana and PipeDrive on selected engagements where they were the better fit for the client in front of us. Those aren't our public service lines, but the practice has the experience to recognise when an alternative tool is the better answer and to say so before a setup begins, not six months in. A few examples of when we'll point clients elsewhere: PipeDrive when a sales team needs a pure CRM and won't use anything broader. Jira when an engineering team is already deep in the Atlassian stack and a migration would cost more. Monday.com when a team has tried it, abandoned it for the wrong reasons and the real fix is process, not a tool.
